About Ariana Rapp

Ariana Rapp was born and raised in Pleasant Grove, Utah, where she married her high school sweetheart, Braxton Rapp. In 2019, they purchased their first home and renovated the basement to generate rental income, helping offset their mortgage. Since then, they have successfully bought and sold multiple properties, leveraging house hacking strategies to maximize their investments. Ariana is also a proud mother of three.

From a young age, Ariana developed a deep passion for real estate, whether touring homes with her mother or assisting her father with renovations. With real estate in her DNA, she has turned her lifelong enthusiasm into a thriving career.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ariana enjoys an active lifestyle. In the summer, you’ll find her camping, boating, hunting, or enjoying the outdoors, while winter takes her snowboarding or traveling to new destinations.
